Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc’s call centre is the lousiest I have ever seen. It takes forever before anyone picks your call at the call centre. And when someone does; you table your complaints and the person who received your call tells you to hold on for the call to be passed on to someone else. In that case you begin another round of waiting forever. Why not just close down the call centre. It doesn’t make sense running it. Just ask us all to come to the banking hall for our enquiries. Nonsense!
